300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
For the Premix (produces 850ml, to serve 10)

Whole cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Directions
For the Citrus Syrup: Combine all the components into a pot, bring to a gentle boil, stirring so the sugar melts. Then, take off the burner allowing it to cool down fully. Decant to a sealable bottle, seal and store chilled, it can be stored for around one month.
To make Cocktail Base: Mix every liquid ingredients into one sizeable container, allow it to infuse for an hour, then strain preferably using a fine cloth, so it's completely strained.
For serving: Pour 85ml of your batch mix into your stirring glass filled with ice, and agitate carefully for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Filter to a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, decorate with a few cranberries and complete it by giving it a brief mist of mandarin oil over the top.
